Shipping

Orders are prepared with care and processed within two to three business days. Delivery time varies based on your location and the carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within three to seven business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier. We will assist when possible, but carriers are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our facility. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Try It Guarantee
We want you to feel genuinely confident trying Kaviala. If the system isn't right for your skin, we'll refund you, even if you've already tried it.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to try Step 01, Step 02, or both, and decide if they're working for you.
How it works:
Email us at Contact@Kaviala.com with your order number, the reason the product didn't work for you, and a photo of the remaining product, within 30 days of delivery.
At least half of the product must remain in the bottle to qualify for a refund.
This guarantee applies once per customer, per product.
We'll send you a return address and confirm the details.
Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
A note on this guarantee: This policy exists because we believe you should be able to actually try Kaviala to know if it works for your skin, not just judge it sealed in a box. We ask for a brief reason and a photo simply to keep this guarantee meaningful and available for everyone, and we reserve the right to decline returns that appear to misuse this policy.
Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@Kaviala.com with a photo of the item. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information with care. We collect only the details needed to process your order and provide customer support. Your information is never shared with outside parties except for essential service providers involved in payment processing and shipping. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described here.

Kaviala products are cosmetic skincare products, made by hand in small batches in our lab in Houston, Texas. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a specific medical or dermatological condition, please consult a healthcare provider before use.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, and pricing on our website are accurate. Occasionally errors may occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Intellectual property

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galarci, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
